A Moment in Time: 6am - Clock Tower.

I went outside this morning for my 6am capture(!)… headed downtown, knowing fully that I wanted to capture the Wrigley Building Clock Tower and the time.

I loved the colors of dawn illuminating the tower (didn't need any filters!), but couldn't help but notice the inconsistencies in time. One a bit ahead than the other. I almost chose another straight-on photo to avoid the inconsistency, but then thought…. that gives it a story.

So… here's my 6:02 capture (not 6:05!).  :-)

P.S. I love the small American flag in the background of the Chicago flag.
